Mary (Polly) Barwick born in N.C., both died in Norristown, Emanuel Co., Ga. Lott Barwick, born 1813 died 5-25-1894 married (l) Elizabeth Rountree, (2) Annie E. Clifton. Lott and both wives buried in Old Canoochee Church Cemetery, Emanuel Co., Ga. about half way between Swainsboro and Twin City. (NOTE by Vera Strother: Twin City at the time of their deaths was Graymond- Summitt but was changed to Twin City. They lived in that section called Summit.) Nathan Barwick Jr. born 3-7-1815 died 7-7-1859 married Jane Tapley. (NOTE; In 1972 Jane's gravestone was broken and face down, inscription not readable). Phoebe Barwick born 4-13-1817 died 3-23-1871 married Ira McClemore. William Whiddon (Whit) Barwick born 3-7-1819 died at age 45 married Winny Odum. Elizabeth Barwick born 12-16-1820 died 120-20-1909 married William Durden. Curtis Manning Barwick born 4-9-1823 died 1-23-1902 married Mary Ann Kea. Susannah Barwick born 5-18-1824 died 10-29-1906 married Simeon Durden. Eliza Ann Barwick born 9-9-1827 died 11-11-1912 married Solomon Youmans. (They are buried in Youmans Cemetery, Nunez (Emanual Co.), Ga. This is Vera Strother's line and her lineage is Soloman Youman, son of John Youman, son of Solomon Youman. Elecianne (Leacy ) Barwick bon 8-1-1830 died 11-5-1918 married Warren Ricks. (NOTE by Vera Strother, State Chairman of D.A.R. Records: Eleaser, William and Simeon Durden were brothers. All lived and died in Norristown. They were the sons of William Durden and Mary Dekle, his wife.
