Isaac Hall States that in March 1797 the Indians Stole from him near carrs 
Bluff one roan Horse worth fifth Dollars and from Robinson Maddex on Bay mare 
worth Sevety Dollars --- and from Alexr. Maddex one Bay Horse which said Bay 
Horse the said Alexr. Maddex got again Brought in by the Indians at 
mountpellia.

Personally came Alexr. Madex before me and made oath that the above statement 
is founded on facts.

Sworn to before me this 31st of July 1802.
