Ga. Written: March 12, 1976 Georgia, Washington County I, Grace W. Smith, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, declare and publish this my last Will and Testament. ITEM ONE - I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts as soon as practicable after my death, including any expenses of last illness, burial expenses and a suitable marker over my grave. ITEM TWO - I give and bequeath to the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF SANDERSVILLE, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in cash. ITEM THREE - I give and bequeath to my niece, MRS. RODELLE FOLSOM, who now resides in Valdosta, Georgia, the crewel embroidered picture, which she gave to me as a gift, and I wish returned to her. ITEM FOUR - To JAMES SMITH, I give the small wooden tray which was hand carved by his grandfather Smith. ITEM FIVE - I give and bequeath to my brothers and sisters, who survive me, all of my personal effects, including jewelry and clothing, my household furniture and furnishings to be divided among them as they may desire or see fit. Any of these items which they do not choose, I wish to be sold and the proceeds divided among said brothers and sisters. ITEM SIX - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property of every kind and character, both real and personal, including my house and lot in Sandersville, Georgia, time certificates, savings and checking accounts, stocks, and any automobile I may own at such time, to my brothers, BONNIE M. WILLIAMS, WILLIE J. WILLIAMS, WALTER HOLMES WILLIAMS, and to my sisters, SUSIE W. FLOYD and LENA W. BOATRIGHT and to my nephews, GROVER C. McREE, JACK McREE, and EDWIN McREE, Jr., that is I wish my estate to be divided into six (6) equal shares or part, each of my brothers and sisters receiving one whole share each and my three nephews to receive a one-third (1/3) part of one share. It is my wish and desire and I wish so instruct my executors that all real estate and personal property, unless hereinbefore given under other items of this my will, be sold for the best price obtainable at the time, and the proceeds divided together with whatever monies I may have at such time as herein set forth. ITEM SEVEN - I hereby constitute and appoint my brother, Walter Holmes Williams and my sister, Susie W. Floyd, as co-executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I relieve them from giving any bond, and from having any inventory and appraisement made upon my estate. I also relieve them from making any returns to any court of their acts as such personal representatives. It is my will and desire that they shall take complete charge of whatever estate I may leave at my death, sell, divide and distribute the same, according to this my will, without the necessity for any court orders or other legal formalities, other than the probate of this will. ITEM EIGHT - In the event one of the above-named personal representatives has predeceased me, or is unable to serve for any reason, then I name and appoint J.P. Floyd as alternate executor to serve with the remainder executor with all the powers, privileges and immunities herein given under ITEM SEVEN above. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, declared and published this my Last Will and Testament, this the 12th day of March 1976. Mrs. Grace W. Smith Additional Comments: Grace W.
