Vinings of the county and state above said of the one part and Owen Vining of the same place of the other. Witnesseth, that the said Thomas N. Vining for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars ($50) to him in hand paid of and before the sealing and deliveryof these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Owen Vining his heir and assign all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the fifth district of the County of Irwin known and distinguished in the plan of said district as number one hundred and fifteen (115 ) containing two hundred and forty five (245) acres more or less with all rights members and appartences thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the aforesaid described lot of land to him the said Owen Vining his heirs and assign together with all and singular the rights members and appartences to said lot of land in any wise belonging to him and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Thomas N. Vining, for himself his heirs executed and administrated the said bargained premises together with the right and title land possession thereof unto the said Owen Vining, his heirs and assign will warrant and forever defend the right and and title thereof against the claims of all other persons whatsoever. In Testimony whereof the said Thomas N. Vining hath here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and the year above written. Thomas N. Vining Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of: C. D.
