By a court of Justices Held and for Said county to
William RAWLINGS County Surveyor you are hereby
required to admeasure and lay our or cause to be
admeasure and lay our to John RACHELS on Head right
a tract of land in said county that shall contain
three hundred acres adjoining James & Zadock RACHELS
on the waters of Cowpen Creek taking special care
that the same hath not been laid out to any other
person or persons and that you Record a plat thereof
in your office and transmit your proceedings to the
surveyor general within the time prescribed by Law
hr? of fail not.

Given under our hands this 5th February 1838.
