Sandersville, Ga. April 28-
Tom Brett, Jr., bound over to Superior court of Washington county in the 
murder of W. C. (Pat) English, was refused an appeal for bail
Brett charged with murder in a warrant sworn out by Dock English, nephew of W. 
C. English. Sheriff A. W. Smith was a witness. Solicitor Lauler leading 
prosecutor. Dewey Godrey defense attorney. The case will be called at the 
September term of Washington county Superior court.
