Sandersville Progress
  Guy N. Smith, who has served as official surveyor of Washington county for 
the past ten years, was sworn in office last week by T.J. Swint, Jr., Ordinary, 
for another 4 year term.
  He holds a state and county surveyor's certificate and is available for 
surveying jobs in this or other counties. All plats made by Mr. Smith will be 
recorded in the clerk's office. His office will remain on the second floor 
under the clock tower.
