Misses Hattie Johnson and Nolie Todd were the guest of relatives in Warthen Sunday. Miss Minnie Tanner returned home Saturday after a pleasant stay with her aunt, Mrs. S.F. Tanner. Mr. R.H. Roughton is the guest of relatives in Macon. Mr. M.L. Jackson is the guest of his daughter, Mrs. A.R. Brooks. Miss Mary Doolittle is visiting relatives in Sandersville this week. The children of our school enjoyed an Easter egg hunt Friday afternoon at the school house. The grounds are just the right place for such a frolic and the teacher, Miss Carrere, assisted by four of the patrons, hid the eggs carefully under the leaves, and after about an hour or so the eggs were all found and counted, eighty six being the number hid. Two prizes were offered, Kelsie Horton finding the most eggs among the little children, and Gussie Tanner among the larger pupils. The telephone line from Sandersville to Brooks Springs is nearing completion.
