(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net November 29, 2010, 2:18 pm The Augusta Chronicle 1-9-1966 Page 7 Albert Cooper Funeral services for Albert Berry Cooper, 73, of 1902 Fifteenth St., who died Saturday morning at a local hospital after an extended illness, will be held at 4pm today at Elliott Sons Chapel, with the Rev. Lloyd C. Greene officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. A native of Washington, Ga., he was the son of the late Samuel C. and Mollie Moats Cooper and was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Daisy Tyson Cooper; five sons, Louis B. Cooper, Raymond D. Cooper, and Farold L. Cooper, all of Augusta, Grady Cooper, Tampa, Fla., and Harold Cooper, El Paso, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. J. W. Spivey, Macon, Mrs. C. E. Beckett Sr. and Mrs. W. A. Gardner, both of Augusta; two brothers, Zack Cooper, Scott, Ga. and John Cooper, Kite, Ga.; 14 grandchildren. Pallbearers will be D. E. Wright, T. E. Johnson, James Mosely, Ira Hendrix, W. R.
