Prosser, 46, of Sandersville, died yesterday at the Rawlings Sanitarium after an illness of about two weeks. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock this (Thursday) afternoon at Sisters' Baptist Church with the Rev. E.G. Orahood officiating. Burial will be in the Sandersville City Cemetery. Mr. Prosser is survived by his wife of Sandersville; four sons, Benion, Alonzo, Malcolm and Alton of Sandersville; two daughters, Misses Polly and Runette Prosser of Sandersville; three brothers, M.O. Prosser, Savannah, John Prosser, Sandersville, and Junie Prosser, of Milledgeville; four sisters, Mrs. Ola Johnson, White Plains, Mrs. Ila Robinson, Deepstep, Mrs. L.B. Bush, Macon, and Mrs. Mary Lou Horton, Sandersville; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Prosser is a native of Washington County and has lived here all his life. He was a prominent farmer of Sisters' Community, and a member of Olive Hill Baptist Church. Pallbearers were all relatives of the deceased. Sandersville Funeral Home was in charge.
