Sandersville Progress
  Mrs. Ruby C. Lord Craft Williams - Mrs. Ruby C. Lord Craft Williams, 90, of 
Centerville died Tuesday, March 9, 2004.
  Services were held Friday, March 12 at May and Smith Funeral Home Chalep in 
Sandersville. Burial was held in Tabernacle United Methodist Church Cemetery in 
Washington County.
  Mrs. Williams was born on July 19, 1913 in Hancock County to Mary Sue Wilson 
Lord and Wilma Clyde Lord. As an adult she lived mainly in Washington County. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Williams, and a brother, Paul 
Ellis Lord, Mrs. Williams was a member of the Sandersville United Methodist 
Church. She moved to Centerville almost four years ago. When she passed away, 
she left many friends at Southern Heritage Personal Care Home where she was 
well taken care of by the staff. Mrs. Williams worked many years as a clerk in 
a grocery store.
  Survivors include her sister, Mary Gladys Lord Beaty of Pelham; Brother, Hugh 
D. Lord, Sr. of Warner Robins and several nieces and nephews.
  The family suggests that donations may be made to Hospice of Houston County 
at 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, Ga. 31088.
  May and Smith Funeral Directors in Sandersville is in charge of the local 
arrangements.
