  I, Melton Glenn Brooks, being of sound, disposing mind and memory, hereby 
revoking all other Wills heretofore made by me, do hereby make, publish and 
declare this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM 1. I desire and direct that all of my just debts be paid by me Executrix 
hereinafter named as soon after my death as may be practicable and from such 
funds or from such proceeds of such of my property as my Executrix may deen it 
best to use for that purpose.
ITEM II. I give, bequeath and devise all of my property, both real and 
personal. of whatever kind and wherever located, to my beloved wife, Janie 
Marie Brooks, to be hers in fee simple.
ITEM III. I appoint my beloved wife, Janie Marie Brooks, Executrix of this my 
Last Will and Testament, and empower her to sell any and all my property, at 
public or private sale, for any consideration which her judgment may dictate.
  I relieve my said Excutrix from making any bond or returns to any court 
whatsoever.
  In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this 
the 21st day of May, 1971.

  Signed, sealed, published and declared by Melton Glenn Brooks, as and for 
his Last Will and Testament in our presence, and we, at this request and in 
his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our 
names as witnesses, the day and year above set out.
