Item 1: After death, I command my spirit to the God who gavest to me and that my body shall be buried in a respectful manner according to the means I process. Item 2: I desire that all my just debts be paid as soon as possible. Item 3: I hereby appoint my beloved wife Mary Gaskins Executrix and my friend John A Jackson executor to this my last will. Item 4: I desire that all my property both real and personal remain together under the care and supervision of my friend John A. Jackson and my wife Mary Gaskins until my youngest child shall become of the full age of twenty one years.
