Harrison of said State and County, being of somewhat advanced in age, but of sound and disposing mind and memory, knowing that I must depart this life deem it right and proper, both as respects myself and family, that I should make a disposition of the property which a kind providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. Item 1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who give it, as I hope for salvation through the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Item 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named and appointed. Item 3rd I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Sarah, all my estate both real and personal during her natural life, unless she intermarries then at her death or intermarriage, then I desire that my whole estate both real and personal, be equally divided amongst my children. I hereby constitute and appoint my two eldest sons, to wit. Green B. Harrison and William H. Harrison my Executors of this my last Will and Testament. This June 30th, 1870. John E. Harrison (I.S.) Harrison as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto in presence of said testator at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other.
