  I Solomon Lord of said County do make, ordain and ___ the following as my 
Last Will and Testament-hereby revoking all other heretofore made by me.
  ITEM 1. After the payment of all my just debts I give and bequeath to my 
eldest sons Leven and Ellsberry each one horse-and to my two oldest daughters-
Elizabeth and _ _ ey one bed each.
  ITEM 2. All the remainder of my property I give to my wife for her natural 
life for her support and the raising of her children and at her death to be 
equally divided among all my children.
  ITEM 3. I hereby appoint my wife Mary Lord executrix and my son Leven Lord 
executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

  Personally came before me William Tanner who being sworn says that the above 
and foregoing is a substuated copy of the original Will of Solomon Lord as 
near as he can remember-That the present was a witness to said Will and 
Malachia Brown was another witness-and ___ ___ remember who was the other 
witness ___ does he remember the date of said Will.
  Sworn to in open Court this 4th day of May 1868. - William Tanner
