Baker State of Georgia Washington County I, Fannie M. Baker of said State & County, do make, declare and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me. Item 1st. I request that all my (?), beds, bed furniture and bed clothing be given to my two daughters, Mary Redfearn and Winfred Rachels, to be equally divided between them Item 2d. I request that all my wearing apparel and trunks be given to my two daughters, Frances A. Cole, Mary Redfern, Winfred Rachels, Aley Holton, Martha Ann Baker to be equally divided among them. Item 3d. I give all my other property both real and personal to be equally divided among all my children or their heirs, except the two daughters of William Baker who are excluded from this item; provided however that if they shall pay or cause to be paid to my estate the sum of Ninteen Dollars with lawful interest from 27 October 1874, then they shall come in equal with any other children in this 3d item. Iten 4th. I hereby make, constitute and appoint John A. Rachels as Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of June, 1879.
