                             Nov   1834 Term
The Court of Ordinary met according to adjudication and
proceeds to bring to present their honors Jonas Abrahams 
Joseph Higgins and Isham  _______. It is ordered by the
Court that Lemuel Barroughs returns be rec'd and recorded

It is ordered that James Harper and Charles Smith Junr
Adm of the Estate of Charles Smith Sen be ordered to the
next Term of Court to answer a complaint filed against
them by Rebecca Smith one of the lawful heirs of said
Estate

It is ordered that Jacob Raulerson have leave to sell the
perishables property of the Orphans of James B. Stevens
also to make a division of the property of the said
minors & the following persons are appointed to divide
the property of the said Orphans and make a return
thereof agreeable to law -

Thomas Perdam   Thomas Vickrey   Ebeneza Harris   Wiley
Robeson  William (?) Cooper

It is ordered that Rebecca Smith be allowed three days
indulgence to come forward to the Clerk of this Court and
gave New Bonds and Security for the Orphans of Charles
Smith decd.

It is ordered that Susan Benning, be cited to attend the
next term of Court to give other Security in lieu of John
Sanders one of the present securities. - -

stated:  It is ordered by the Court that James Harper and
Charles Smith Jur be cited to attend at the next term of
Court next to make their returns for the Estate of
Charles Smith Sen decd.) Court adjourned    ))

present their honors Pliney Sheffield, Joseph Wiggins,
and Moses T. Harris

It is Ordered that John Browns returns be recd and
recorded.  It is ordered by the Court that Emanuel Paris
returns be recorded It is Ordered that James T. Robeson
returns be recroded -- It is Ordered that Wm Lundys
returns be received and recorded --It is ordered that
James F. Robeson the former guardian of Jacob and
Harriett Robeson Orphans of Fred Robeson decd do give up
all the property to the Guardians viz Braxton Bennett and
John Brown by the next term of Court otherwise he will
not be dismissed as Guardian for the said Jacob and
Harriett Robeson____

returns be recorded. It is ordered that Emanuel Paris
have leave to sell a cow and Yearling to pay the Amount
of Eleven Dollars Sixty Two and a half cents to defray
the expenses of John Smith Orphan of which the said El
Paris is Guardian Phiny Sheffield J.J.C. Court adjourned
until           Moses L.. Harris J.J.C.
