Whereas William Flowers late of Said County in which he died having departed this life intestate possessed of a large Estate real and personal and John D Rumph of Said County have at a regular term of said court [unreadable] [unreadable] with the administration on the Estate of said William Flowers deceased, on condition of giving bond and Securiety according to the direction of the Court, this is to show that Said John D Rumph is fully empowered and required to do and perform all the duties of an administrator of Said William Flowers deceased to administer according to law all the Estate of said William Flowers., to ask demand and [unreadable] all said William Flowers claim, to pay all his obligation so far as the Estate will extend, and the balance to pay over to the lawfull heirs of Said Estate, to make all proper returns, Inventories appraisemnts and whatever other duty as Such administrator the law [unreadable] upon him.
