To all to whom it may concern - Greeting. Whereas John D Rumph Administrator on the Estate of William Flowers deceased, late of said county, having well and truley executed the estate of said deceased according to law, which appears by the Returns and Vouchers in my office. And from an examination into the affairs of said deceased, it appears that said administrator, in the discharge of his duties, has acted faithfully and honestly. And citation having been published, according to law requiring all persons having objections to the Dismissions of said administrator, to file them in my office in terms of the law, and no objection having been filed; The undersigned doth therefore, in pursuance of the power vested in him by law, hereby discharge ____ and dismiss said, John D. Rumph, administrator as aforesaid, and his securities, from all and any future liability in relation to his said administrationship whatever.
