Wayne County
We Nathan Flowers as principal and Elizabeth C A Flowers and Lewis R Flowers 
surities Acknowledge ourselves held and bound unto Elijah Harper Ordinary of 
said County and his successors in office in the sum of three Hundred dollars 
subject to the following conditions.
The condition of the above obligation is as follows - Whereas the above bound 
Natan Flowers has this day been appointed guardian of the person and property 
of Edney S Flowers a minor of said county and daughter of Henry J Flowers 
deceased - Now should the said Nathan Flowers well and truly [unreadable] 
himself as guardian as aforesaid agreeabley to letters of guardianship bearing 
even date with this obligation and agreeabley to law then this obligation to be 
void otherwise of force this the third day of February 1873
