All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Alice Jones imajones2@lbbhost.com November 24, 2005, 3:31 pm Source: Court Of Ordinary Written: 1872 Bonds of Administration State of Georgia Wayne County Know all men by these hereunto that we John D Rumph as principal and George W Rumph as Security acknowledge our held and firmly bound unto the ordinary of said County and his successors in office in the Just and full sum of Four thousand and four hundred dollars for the payment of which sum to the said ordianry and his successors in the office we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators the whole and for the whole Sum Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this first day of July one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Two the condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound John D Rumph who has the permanent administration of the lands, goods, chattles and credits of William Flowers late of Said County deceased as make a true and perfect inventory of all and Singular [unreadable] The Lands Goods chattels and Credits of said deceased which have or shall come to the hands, possesion or knowledge of the Said John D Rumph or in the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him. Adn the same So made or Exhibit in the siad Court of Ordinary when he shall be thereunto required and such Lands goods Chattels and credits do well and truly administer according to law and do make a just and true account of his actings and a [unreadable] when he Shall be thereunto required by the court of Ordinary for said County and all the rest of the lands goods chattels and credit which Shall be found remaining upon the account of said administration the same being furst allowed by the court Shall deliver and pay to such person or persons Respectively as are entitled to the Same by law, and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by Said deceased and the Same be proved before the court and the Executor obtain a certificate of probate thereof and the Said John D Rumph do in Such case if required Render and deliver up the Said letters of administration then this obligation to be void and otherwise to Remain in full force.
