This indenture made the 10th day of November in the year of our Lord one 
thousand nine hundred and nine between Jeff Williams of the County of Marion 
and State of Georgia of the first part and Bill Williams and Berry Williams; 
Berry Williams of County of Marion and Bill Williams of the county of Webster 
and State of Georgia of the second part; Witnesseth: That the said party of 
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty 
dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering of this presents 
the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sod aliened 
connveyed and cinfirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien 
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part their heirs and 
assigns all the following described property towit:
All his one third undivided interest in and to the following described lands 
to wit- the lands of the estate of Hiram Williams consisiting of a part of the 
lot of land number 15 off the South West corner thereof and part of lot of 
said land number 19 off of the North East corner hereof lines will marked and 
defined and understood between the parties and consisting of 99 acres more or 
less in all.
To have and to hold the said above granted and described property with all and 
singular to the only purpose use and benefit and behalf of the said party of 
the second part their heirs executors administrators and assigns no fee simple 
and the said party of the first part the above the said bargained property 
above described unto the said party of the second part their heirs executors 
administrators and assigns ? the said party of the first part his heirs 
executors administrators and assigns alll and every other person or persons 
shall and will and does hereby warrant and forever defend by virtue of these 
presents.
In witness whereof the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and 
official his seal and delivered these presents this day and year first above 
written.
