In the name of God Amen - I Daniel Majors being of advanced age and in feeble
health knowing that I must shortly depart this life bout of sound mind and
discretion deem it right and proper to make a disposition of my earthly and
propety with which a kind providence in his mercy has seen fit to bless me with -
1st - I direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner
suitable to my worldly circumstances
2nd That all my just debts be paid out of my property
3rd I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Nancy A and my son Luther? P, and
my daughter Martha A (my son and daughter both minors) all my property of which
I am now in possession sixty acres more or less of no. eighty in twenty fifth
district - one hundred and fifty acres more or less of no. forty nine in 25th
District and forty? acres more or less of no. 244 in twenty fourth District all
lying and being in Webster County - also all my personal property to wit al my
stock of all kinds all vehechel and tool together with all household and kitchen
furniture
I also wish all my effects stay together until children all become of age and I
wish my son Luether Perry to control and look after all my effects for the best
interest of al.
I now make and constitute this my last will and testament and I hereby appoint
my son Luther Perry the executor of this my last will and testament
signed sealed in the present of this the 12th day of April 1887
