P, and my daughter Martha A (my son and daughter both minors) all my property of which I am now in possession sixty acres more or less of no. eighty in twenty fifth district - one hundred and fifty acres more or less of no. forty nine in 25th District and forty? acres more or less of no. 244 in twenty fourth District all lying and being in Webster County - also all my personal property to wit al my stock of all kinds all vehechel and tool together with all household and kitchen furniture I also wish all my effects stay together until children all become of age and I wish my son Luether Perry to control and look after all my effects for the best interest of al.
