Quarterly Webster County Ga-WIll Book 1 1854-1910 Kinchafoonee Court of Ordinary (From LDS film) Kinchafoonee County was created by Act of Legislature 16 Dec 1853 from Stewart Co with additional area added from Marion County on 11 Feb 1854. The county was so called from a creek of that name. By the Act of 21 Feb. 1856 the name was changed to Webster. Area from Stewart and Terrell counties was added up until 1874. I Pharis Goare do make, publish and declare this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other heretofore by me made. 1st I will and desire that all my just debts be paid by my Executor heretofore named. 2nd I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Millison Greenwood Goare the following _________ viz: Nelson a man about forty three years old - _______ a man about twenty years old – Martha a woman about twenty four years old and her child, a Boy __________ about eighteen monthes old, Lucy a girl about twelve years old – Jorden (?) a boy about ten years old, and all my stock of horses, mules, cows, hogs,Shees and stock of all kinds; all the provisions on my place; The family ________; household and kitchen furniture, and all my land, belonging to the house _______ except what is heretofore bequeathed to other persons; and all other property I have. 3rd It is my will and desire that all the property heretofore bequeathed to my daughter Millison Greenwood Goare be kept for her sole and separate use and not to be subject to the debt liabilities, or control of any husband with whom she may hereafter _________. 4th in case my Sid daughter shall depart this life without having a living child of her body then the portion heretofore bequeathed to my said daughter shall revert to and become a part of my estate and be equally divided between my Grand Children. I will and desire that my wife Cynthia Goare shall have a support out of my property as allowed for the support independent of her ______________ shall be seventy-five dollars a year; and in case of the death of my said daughter that then it is my will that my wife shall have one half of the property bequeathed to my daughter Millison Greenwood Goare for and during her life as widow (?). 6th I give and beueath to my grandsons Armisted Goare and Abner Goare the Following land to wit: all of ______ in the 19th district of said county, which I have not heretofore deeded to Wm.
