                             Mr. Homer Foskey
 Services for Mr. Homer Foskey, 80, of Hazlehurst, who died Sunday in Middle 
Georgia Hospital in Macon after an extended illness, were held Tuesday in the 
chapel of Miles Funeral Home.
 The Rev. Billy Williams officiated with burial in Satilla Cemetery in Jeff 
Davis County.
 Mr. Foskey was a native of Johnson County, but had lived most of his life in 
Jeff Davis County. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Foskey and 
was a retired farmer.
 Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ellene Ricketson of Perry, Fla., Mrs. 
Bobbie McLaughlin of Helena, and Mrs. Joey Nall of Santa Maria, Calif.; two 
sons, Mr. Cleaton Foskey of Macon and Mr. Foye Foskey of Lake Mary, Fla.; 14 
grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
 Active pallbearers were Troy Smith, Cecil Smith, Linton Toler, Bill Toler, 
Michael Groover, and Silas Dukes.
 Miles Funeral Home of Hazlehurst was in charge of the arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Homer was born 8-2-1904 to George Franklin "Frank" Foskey and Inez C. Warren 
Foskey. His wife was Mattie Lou Pennington Foskey who is also buried at 
Satilla cemetery.
