                     Jimmy Clyde Foskey
 Jimmy Clyde Foskey, 60, of 3921 Holiday Drive, Panama City Beach, died 
Friday, July 31, 1998, in his home. He had been a resident of Bay County since 
1979, moving from Atlanta, Ga. He retired as a Command Sgt. Major in the US 
Army. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Foskey, of Panama City Beach; a 
son, Jimmy Foskey and wife Kathryn, of Madison Ga.; former wife, Julia Foskey, 
of Panama City Beach; and a grandson, Jameson Foskey, of Madison, Ga. Funeral 
services will be held Sunday, August 2, 1998, at 3pm in the Beulah Baptist 
Church, Glenwood, Ga. Interment will follow in the Beulah Cemetery with full 
military honors conducted by the Honor Guard from Fort Stewart, Georgia.
