                           Robert L. Ruis
 TARRYTOWN---Robert L. Ruis, 88, died Tuesday at Veterans Administration 
Hospital in Dublin after a long illness.
 The native of Treutlen County was a member of Woodmen of the World and 
Harmony Masonic Lodge. He was a retired barber and farmer.
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Thelma Ethel Walden Ruis of Tarrytown; two sons, 
Buford Ruis of Tarrytown and Dolan Ruis of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, 
Mrs. Cuba Simon of Decatur; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
 Funeral: 3pm Thursday at Tarrytown Baptist Church, burial in Tarrytown 
Cemetery. Sammons Funeral Home of Soperton.

Robert was born 19 May 1985 to James B. "Jim" Ruis and Unknown. Georgia death 
certificate #021477.
