                             Hazel M. Welch
 Hazel M. Welch, 88, was born in Wheeler County, Ga. and passed away on May 
20, 1999 in Orange Park, Fla. She was a resident of the Clay County area since 
1991. Hazel was a member of Asbury United Methodist and she is survived by her 
son, Benjamin F. (Dorothy) Welch; four grandchildren and 3 great-
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Sunday 
May 23, 1999 at Ronnie Stewart Funeral Home in Glenwood, Ga. Interment was in 
Glenwood Cemetery. Local arrangements under the care of Holly Hill Funeral 
Home, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg.

Additional Comments:
Hazel was born 30 Dec 1910 to Malcus Hilary Keen and Annie A. Davis Keen. Her 
husband, John Harvey Welch is also buried in Glenwood Cemetery. Both are in 
Section A.
