Starr return continued The following articles of the estate have been Sold by the lawfull constable to Satisfy certain fifaes against the estate. One fifty dollar note on David m. Allison due 25 Dec 1859 a horse wagon and carryall the note brought (31) thirty one dollars which amount was disposed of according to the Statement of the Leter which may be found amags the vouchers. The Horse, wagon and Caryall Sold for a little less than Sixty dollars but a Statement of the exact amount and the particular disposition made of it has not yet been obtained Of the Cattle taken down in the inventory two have died being the two oxen - the corn meat and good portion of the hogs which were in the inventory have been consumed in the Suport of E McCain & the family about the first of March last I borrowed of Sampson Sosbee one hundred dollars which I paid over to be credited on papers in the hands of the Sheriff of White Co About the first Feb I hired a negro man Stephen to E D Williams for the balance of the year at the rates of Eighty dollars a year I also let Harrett and her Six children (there being one more now than in first return) to Alonzo Harshaw and contracted to pay him two dollars & fifty cents pr month for their maintainence Georgia White County Personaly Came E.F.
