Hon. Thomas W. Fain Dead.

From the Gainesville, Ga., Cracker.
hon. Thomas W. Fain, the present member of the lower house from White county, 
died last week.  He had been ill for several weeks.  This was Mr. Fain's second 
term in the legislature from White.  Many years ago he represented Fannin 
county.  Mr. Fain was well known as a conscientious, honest man.  He was loved 
by all who knew him and his death will be universally regretted.
