         R. A. KELLY DIED TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
   R. A. Kelly, aged 83 years, died at his home near Rochelle late Tuesday 
afternoon from an heart attack.  He had lived near Rochelle for many years, 
coming from Banks county 34 years ago
   He is survived by his wife; two sons, John Kelly of Cordelle, and Bernard 
Kelly of Fitzgerald; three daughters; Mrs. C. E. Richey and Mrs. D. T. Young, 
both of Rochelle, and Mrs. M. J. Wilson of Commerce; nine grandchildren and 
four great-grandchildren.
   Mr. Kelly was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist church.
   Funeral services were held at his late home, conducted by Rev. A. R. Waters 
of the Rochelle Baptist Church, after which the body was laid to rest in the 
Rochelle cemetery. Pall bearers were: Hewnry Lamb, Paul Fitzgerald, L. L. 
Brown, W. T. Standard, O. C. Holt and J. J. Covington, all close friends of 
the family.  Dorsey Funeral Home in charge.

Compiler Notes: I have corrected the Spelling of the family name. The Family 
Name is Kelley. He was married in Banks County to Rose McCoy who was born in 
Banks County., Georgia
