BLANCHE ADAMS   Blanche Adams, 88 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL went to be 
with her beloved husband on Saturday, June 21, 2003. She was preceded in death 
by her husband of 69 years, Oscar Byron “O.B.” Adams, who died on March 20, 
2003. Born in Wilcox County, Georgia, Mrs. Adams was a longtime resident of the 
Palm Beach area and a member of the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach 
where she was active with the Believers Class. A loving mother and grandmother 
she is survived by four sons, William H. Adams of West Palm Beach, FL, Edward 
B. (Darlene) Adams of West Palm Beach, FL, J. Dennis (Eula) Adams of Quitman, 
GA, and Phillip E. (Pamela) Adams of Okeechobee, FL; two sisters, Reba Brown of 
Lake City, FL and Hildred Good of Yorktown, VA; eight grandchildren; thirteen 
great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and many nieces and 
nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 22, 2003 from 6:00 
until 8:00 P.M. at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm 
Beach, FL 33401. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, 
June 23, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Ken Winter from the First Baptist Church 
of West Palm Beach, officiating. The Graveside Committal Service will be held 
at 2:00 P.M. on Monday at the Memory Gardens Memorial Park, 3041 Kirk Road, 
Lake Worth, FL 33461. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. 
Adams’ memory to either The Samaritan Garden Ministry at the First Baptist 
Church, 1101 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33401; or Hospice of Palm 
Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL
