Whereas Aaron Burleyson late of this County dec’d lately died intestate having 
whilst he lived and at the time of his death divers goods rights and credits 
within the said county by means Whereof the full disposition and _____ by 
granting the administration of all and singular the goods rights and credits of
the said dec’d and also the auditing the account calculation and _______ of the 
said administration and a final disposition of the same to me is many firstly 
known to _________ I desiring that the goods rights and land of the said dec’d 
may be well and truly administrated counted and disposed of do hereby grant 
unto the said Patty (Polly) Burleyson widow in whose fidelity in this behalf I 
very much confide full power by the terms of this pursuant to administer the 
goods and chattles of the said dec’d which to him in his lifetime and at the 
time of his death did belong and to ack____ recover and ___ the same and to pay 
the debts in which the dec’d stand oblidged so foreforth as the goods and 
chattles will est___ according to the rates and order of law being first sworn 
on the holy Evangelast of almighty God do make a true and perfect inventory 
thereof and to establish the same unto the Registers office in said County on 
or before the Second day of February next insuring and to render a just and 
true account of the said administration when there unto required and I ordain 
______ you the said Patty (Polly)Burleyson administratrix of all and singular 
the good and chattles of the said dec’d.
In testimony where of I have unto set my hand and seal this Second day of Decr 
and in the year of our Lord 1783.
