State of Georgia, Wilkes County}} We the undersigned legatees of the estate of 
Spain Colley agree to recover as cash for our legacies or any part thereof, 
B.F. Wall's note or notes given in payment to the executor of said estate for 
the land purchase by said B.F. Wall. Signed this Dec 8th 1868 in presence of}} 
Nannie C. Colley, Louisa Colley, Mrs. Nancy Colley, Guardians of Henrietta 
Colley.



Additional Comments:
Spain Colley, son of John W. Colley and Sarah France, born 22 July 1794 in 
Wilkes County, died 23 June 1866, Wilkes County. Married Nancy Talbot in 
Wilkes County 11 January 1827.

"B.F. Wall," the above named noteholder, was the son-in-law of Spain Colley by 
his marriage to Caroline M. Colley, daughter of Spain and Nancy.
