Callaway one of the subscribing witnesses to the within Instrument & being duly sworn deposeth & saith that Henry F. Colley published & declared the same to be his last will & testament & at the time of his doing he was of sound disposing mind & memory, that the same was done in his presence & in the presence of the other witnesses, who together with himself signed & witnessed in the presence of Henry F. Colley the Testator & at his request & in the presence of each other. {Signed} B.M. Callaway Sworn to in open Court October 6th 1862 {Signed} G.G. Norman, Ordinary State of Georgia, Wilkes County}} Letters Testamentary By The Court of Ordinary For Said County To all whom these Presents shall come – Greeting: Know ye, That on the Sixth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two, the last Will and Testament of Henry F. Colley, late of Wilkes County, deceased, was exhibited in open court, and in common form of law, proved and admitted to record, a copy of which is hereunto annexed, and administration of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of said deceased was granted to Isabella M. Colley, the Executrix in and by said Will named and appointed, she having first taken the oath, and performed all other requisites required by law, she is by order of said Court, and by virtue of these presents, legally authorized to administer the goods, chattels and credits of said deceased, according to the tenor and effect of the said Will and Testament, and according to law; and she is hereby required to render a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, and appraised and returned to this Court according to law, and to render a true and correct account to the said Court of her actings and doings yearly, and every year, until her administration is fully completed. Witness my hand as Ordinary, and the Seal of the said Court this 6th day of October eighteen hundred and sixty two. {Signed} G.G.
