Robert, Executor of Spain Colley, Late of Said County the foregoing contains a true inventory & appraisement of the goods & chattels of said Spain Colley to the best of our judgment & that we were all sworn according to law. He was born 22 July 1794, Wilkes County, GA, died 23 June 1866, Wilkes County, GA. He was married in Wilkes County on 11 January 1827 to Nancy Talbot (1809-1893). M.G. Robert is Milton George Robert who married Sarah Ann Frances Colley, daughter of Francis Colley & Frances Owens. Francis Colley is a brother of Spain Colley.
