sideboard & contents $10; 1 double barrel gun $6;
18 head hogs $50; 20 head cattle $125; 150 bushel Corn $225; 4000 lbs fodder 
$50; 200 lbs Oats $20; 150 bags Cotton seed $30; 1 lot old wheels $10; 1 
[cotton] gin $40; 4 pair plow gear $5; Lot old wheels & chains $12; Carriage & 
harness $60; 1 Sorrell Mare $125; 1 Sorrell Mare $100; 1 old Mule $20; 1 lot 
plows & stocks $3; 3-1/2 bushels Wheat $10; 1 lot barrels, pots, ovens $13; 
1200 lbs Salted Pork $150; 50 lbs dried beef $5; 120 lbs Lard $24; Grind Stone 
$2; Cross Cut Saw $2; 2 Grain Cradles $3; Wheat box $; 20 bushels Sweet

State of Georgia, Wilkes County
We do Certify upon oath that so far as was provided to us by M.G. Robert, 
Executor of Spain Colley, Late of Said County the foregoing contains a true 
inventory & appraisement of the goods & chattels of said Spain Colley to the 
best of our judgment & that we were all sworn according to law.

Personally came M.G. Robert, Executor of Spain Colley who being sworn deposeth 
and saith the within inventory contained a true account of all the goods & 
chattels of Spain Colley deceased within his hands, possession or knowledge.

Additional Comments:
Spain is a son of John Colley & Sarah France. He was born 22 July 1794, Wilkes 
County, GA, died 23 June 1866, Wilkes County, GA.
He was married in Wilkes County on 11 January 1827 to Nancy Talbot (1809-1893).

M.G. Robert is Milton George Robert who married Sarah Ann Frances Colley, 
daughter of Francis Colley & Frances Owens. Francis Colley is a brother of 
Spain Colley.
