Wilkes County
This Deed of Conveyance made between George W Anderson & John L Anderson, both 
citizens of Wilkes County & State of Georgia, Witnesseth, that for and in 
consideration of the Sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars to the said George 
W Anderson in hand paid by the said John L Anderson for a certain Tract of 
land known as the Bently place, Containing Three Hundred & Sixty (360) acres, 
more or less, adjoining lands of Aristedes Callaway, Benj F. Barksdale, John L 
Anderson & Mrs. Julia A Anderson; To have & to hold the said tract of land 
against the claim or claims of all others; and I the aforesaid George W 
Anderson will warrant & defend & my heirs Executors & assigns shall warrant & 
defend the Title to the above premises & the appurtenances thereof belonging, 
unto the said John L Anderson his heirs & assigns forever in fee Simple.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereto affixed my hand & Seal, this 27th day of 
June A.D. 1870.
