Thomas http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00016.html#0003785 August 19, 2008, 7:50 pm Written: November 8, 1816 Recorded: August 29, 1821 Deeds Vol GGG Page 76 Release 456 acres State of Georgia Wilkes County Know all men by these presents that I Christopher Binns for and in consideration of two hundred & fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Mr. Dudley Stinson do by these presents forever relinquish to the said Stinson all right title and claim, by me, my heirs or assigns unto a certain tract or parcel of land in said County on the waters of Fishing Creek adjoining John Graves, widow Lane and others whereon Pheobe (sic) Stinson now lives containing four hundred & fifty six acres more or less with all its rights & purtenances thereunto belonging do forever quit all claims in any wise whatever as witness my hand & Seal this 8th day of November 1816.
