Thomas http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00016.html#0003785 August 19, 2008, 11:19 pm Lot 2 Written: January 22, 1827 Recorded: April 25, 1838 Deed Book NNN Page 301 27 acres Georgia Wilkes County This Indenture made this 22nd day of January one thousand Eight hundred & twenty seven between James Boatright of the County & State aforesaid of the one part and Phebe Stinson Senr of the County & State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that that (sic) the said James Boatright for & in consideration of one hundred & sixty two dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargained Sold and by these presents doth Grant Bargain & Sell unto the said Phebe Stinson her heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel of Land situate lying & being in the County & State aforesaid being a part of the land owned by Geo Stinson deceased known by Lot No. 2 as being the portion of distribution to said James Boatright wife Nancy containing twenty seven acres bounded North by lands granted to Dudley Stinson west by Lot No. 1 South by lands owned by Micajah T Anthony East by Lot No. 3 Together with all & singular the premises aforesaid with every of its rights members & appertenances thereof to have & to hold the aforesaid described Land and premises with every of its rights members & appertenances and the said James Boatwright his heirs & assigns the said tract of Land will well & truly warrant and forever defend against him & his heirs and against all person or persons whatsoever to her the said Phebe Stinson her heirs & assigns forever to them & their only proper use benefit and behoof In witness whereof the said James Boatwright has hereunto set his hand & Seal the day & date before written Signed Sealed & acknowledged in presence of James Boatwrgiht {SS} E.
