1784 Nov 4 - Henry Co, Va - DB 3:124-125

State of Georgia - County of Wilkes - I, Joseph Cook of Wilks County, 
Georgia nominate and appoint my friend Benjamin Cook of the County of 
Campbell and state of Virginia to be my lawful attorney to sell and 
dispose of a certain parcel of land in Henry County, Virginia on the 
Grassey Fork of Snow Creek containing 444 acres.
