To the Commonwealth of Virginia - Justices of the Peace of Wilks County, 
Georgia, John Cunningham, John Fergus and Stephen Heard, Esquires attest 
that Judith Cook, widow of John Cook releases her right of dower in the 
transaction whereas Joseph Cook as Executor of the estate of John Cook, 
deceased by his indenture did convey unto Daniel Richardson of Henry 
County, Virginia a parcel of land containing 599 acres.
