This said tract Daniel Richardson had bargained for some years past with the said John Cook and his bond to make him a right to the same has been in possession of the land ever since. Beginning on Snow Creek above the Mill, to a line which divides and lays off that part of a tract which John Cook gave to his son Benjamin Cook. /s/ Joseph Cook.
