Stark his Heirs Executors and Adm and by these presents hath Granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Philip Jones Stark his Heirs & Assigns All and Singular a Certain Tract or parcel of Land situate and lying in Wilkes County and State aforesaid Containing by Estimation sixty three acres, more or Less and Lying on Kettle Creek Bounded South by Peter Gillams Land, West by William Evans Land North by Micajah Bennetts Land and East by Thompsons Land Together with all and singular the Rights Members Liberties previledges Improvements Hereditiments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversions & Remainders Rents Issues & profits thereof Also all the Estate Right title Interest Use possession property Claim or Demand whatsoever the said William Leveritt [TORN] Said Equity or otherwise of in to or out of all and Singular the premises and every part thereof To have and to hold all and Singular the premises hereby Granted with the Appurtenances unto the said Philip Jones Stark his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper Use Benefit and Behoof of the said Philip Jones Stark his Heirs & Assigns forever. And the said William Leveritt Doth by these presents Warrant and forever Defend the within Granted premises unto the said Philip Jones Stark his Heirs & Assigns from him the said William Leveritt his Heirs and from every other person or persons whatsoever In Witness whereof the said William hath to these Presents set his hand and affixed his seal on the day & year above written --- Signed Sealed and Delivered his in the presence of William W Leveritt Robt Morrow mark his William x Evans mark T.
