This Indenture made and entered into this the Tenth day of January Eighteen 
hundred and Twenty nine Between Eduard Jones and Mary Jones his wife formerly 
Mary Stinson all of the said County of the one part and Hopkins W. Brewer of 
this county & state of the other part Witnesseth that the said Eduard Jones 
and Mary Jones his wife for and in consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars 
to them in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted 
bargained and Sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain 
sell alien and convey unto the said Hopkins W Brewer his heirs and assigns all 
that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the said County on the 
waters Fishing Creek containing Twenty seven acres adjoining lands of John T 
Graves and others and butting and bounding as follows (viz) Beginning at a 
Stake thence North forty six Degrees East six chains to a maple thence North 
forty five West forty five chains to a Stake thence south forty six West six 
chains to a stake and thence South forty five East forty five chains to the 
Beginning the same being allotted off to said Mary Stinson now Mary Jones by 
persons legally appointed for that purpose as her distributed share of the 
Real Estate of George Stinson deceased and designated in said plantation as 
lot Number five.
   To have and to hold the said tract of Land with its appurtenances unto said 
Hopkins W Brewer his heirs and assigns forever- And the said Eduard Jones and 
Mary Jones the said tract of land with all its rights members and 
appurtenances unto the said Hopkins W Brewer his heirs and assigns against the 
claim of themselves their heirs Executors & administrators and against the 
claim of all other persons shall by these presents forever warrant and Defind 
(sic).
   In Witness whereof the above hereunto set their hands & seals the day & 
year first above written
