This Indenture made and entered into this 21st of September 1843 between Mary 
Jones of said County & State of the one part and Phoebe Stinson of the other 
part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred 
Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Mary 
Jones hath this day bargained sold and Conveyed & by these presents doth 
bargain sell and Convey unto the said Phoebe Stinson of said County all her 
Interest and Title to a certain Tract or parcel of Land the sum being an 
Interest Title during her natural Life or of life estate therein containing 
One hundred and forty acres more or less the same wherever the said Mary Jones 
now lives and that was laid off and all other to her as her Own adjoining 
lands of John Huguley, Samuel T. Binns, Elijah Dearing and John Peters
   To have and to hold the said Tract unto her the said Phoebe Stinson her 
heirs and assigns forever so far as her the said Mary Jones has the right to 
Convey.
   And the said Mary Jones for herself heirs and assigns unto the said Phoebe 
Stinson her heirs executors administrators and assigns the right & Interest 
and Title herein Conveyed unto said Land will forever warrant & defend against 
the claim of all persons whatsoever
   Signed & Sealed this the day & year above written
