"You are hereby authorized and required to admeasure and lay out 
or come to be admeasured and laid out unto Thomas Levirett a tract 
of land which shall contain two hundred acres in the said county of 
Wilkes on the headrights of Robert Tucker.  1st day of August 1785 
Benj. Catching, C.W.C."
