McLaughlin of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the sd Peter McLaughlin for and in consideration of the love and goodwill and affection which I have and do bear unto my loving son Thomas D. McLaughlin have given and granted & by these presents do freely give & grant unto the sd Thomas D. McLaughlin his heirs Executors or Administrators the following property: (unreadable word - maybe Viz?) three feather beds & furniture, three horses, one cow & calf & twenty two barrels of corn to have and to hold the sd property henceforth as his or his heirs or assigns forever.
