Rec’d of Dudly Stinson three hundred & seventy five Dollars in full for all 
his part or claim to a certain tract or parcel of Land on the waters of 
Fishing Creek whereon George Stinson sen’r Deceased and Mrs Phebe Stinson now 
lives adjoining John Graves, John Heard and others which I do warrant & defend 
my heirs & Executors administrators and assigns against all claim or claims 
forever in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th May 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty one.
