For and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Eight Dollars to me in 
hand paid by John M. Booker of the aforesaid County and State the receipt of 
which is hereof acknowledged I Miss Phebe Stinson of said County & State do 
hereby give grant bargain alien sell & convey and ___ unto the said John M 
Booker his heirs and assigns a certain lot of land commencing at a Green Pine 
on said Booker side of the Branch running N.E. direction to a large Poplar  
containing twenty acres more or less together with all privileges & 
appurtenances there in anywise belonging in fee simple
     In Testimony whereof the said Miss Phebe Stinson has hereunto set her 
hand & seal this 18th day of October 1858.
