Thomas http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00016.html#0003785 August 19, 2008, 7:44 pm Written: November 28, 1795 Recorded: March 13, 1821 Deed Book FFF Page 454-455 456 acres Georgia Wilkes County This Indenture made this twenty Eighth day of November in the year Seventeen hundred and Ninety five Between Abram Venable of the one part and George Stinson of the other part Witnesseth that the said Abram Venable for and in consideration of the Sum of One thousand Dollars to him in hand well and truly paid by the said George Stinson at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold released and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell release and Confirm unto the said George Stinson his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land lying in the County of Wilkes State of Georgia Butting & bounding by lands of Gravens Anthony, Lane Wright and Heards having such markes natural and artificial as are delineated in the Anexed (sic) Platt and containing four hundred and fifty six acres more or less Together with all and singular the Rights Members & appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract or parcel of Land being belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Remainders Reversions rents issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land and all and Singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto George Stinson his heirs and assigns to the only use benefit and behoof of the said George Stinson his heirs & assigns forever and the said Abram Venerable for himself and his heirs and assigns the tract of Land and premises aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Abram Venerable his heirs and assigns and all and singular other person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written Signed Sealed & Acknowledged In the presence of Abr’m Venable {Seal} Spencer Branham J.P.
